Preparation:
Zrazas are a cutlet with a stuffing. First in meat forcemeat it is added finely cut an onions(a bow) - 1 bulb, an egg and a little the white bread soaked in milk. To mix. Then to salt, pepper and all it is good to mix.
Now we shall prepare for a stuffing. Mushrooms (champignons) to wash, finely to cut, fry on a frying pan during 20-25 minutes. If to take other mushrooms, they should be boiled all over again in current floor of hour. 2 bulbs finely to cut and fry separately on other frying pan. Then to connect mushrooms to an onions(a bow). The stuffing is ready.
Now we mould, directly, zrazas. Hands to moisten with cold water that forcemeat did not stick. We take a few(a little,little bit) forcemeat, about 2 dining rooms of the spoon, we knead as a flat cake. We spread a teaspoon of a stuffing and we turn forcemeat. The cutlet by the form turns out. Zrazas to fry on sunflower oil from two parties(sides) during 30 minutes on average fire.
