Ingredients:

- 4 eggs
- 100 gramme margarine
- 4 glasses of a flour (torment)
- 2 teaspoon soda, 1 spoon Vinegar
- Cream
- 1 litre of milk
- 4 dining rooms of the spoon of a flour (torment)
- 1 glass of sugar
- 400 gramme a butter

Preparation:
Cottage cheese to pound with sugar, to add margarine, eggs, the soda extinguished by vinegar.
Adding on a glass of a flour (torment) to make pastry. To divide (share) into 10 parts, to put in a refrigerator at 1 o'clock.
Each part of the test to unroll a layer ~ 1 sm and to bake. One of pancake will go on a crumb.
To prepare for a cream. For this purpose to weld(cook) kissel from milk, flours(torments) and sugar, to cool. Oil to soften and adding in prepared weight, to shake up a cream.
Baked, cooled down pancake to grease with a cream and to strew a crumb.
