Ingredients:

- 2 handfuls of a flour (torment)
- Stuffing
- Potato
- Milk
- Butter
- Onions (Bow)
| Preparation:
To knead a dough, to unroll flat cakes as it is possible, is more thin. To fry on the heated frying pan without oil. To kindle a butter, to grease hot flat cakes. To weld(cook) a potato, to prepare for mashed potatoes (with milk and a butter). To add the crude finely cut onions (bow). To spread mashed potatoes on one half flat cakes, to cover another half. To fry ready flat cakes on a butter.
