- Sunflower oil - 0,5 litre

Preparation:
Eggplants to wash, clear of a peel. To cut lengthways on 4 strips. On a frying pan to pour sunflower oil and to fry in it(him) eggplants during 5 minutes from each party(side).
The fried eggplants to lay out on a plate, to salt. Garlic to clean, squeeze out in a small bowl. The cleared walnuts to crush or to pass(miss) through a meat grinder, to mix with garlic.
Nuts with garlic to smear on eggplants, then to curtail(turn) eggplants a tubule.
Instead of walnuts it is possible to use other stuffing: tomatoes. In this case garlic all over again should be put on eggplants, and then from above the tomatoes cut by ringlets. And instead of a tubule to turn off eggplants half-and-half.
